Operation process

▪ Clean the area around the sliding table saw and the table;

▪ Check whether the saw blade is sharp and whether the large and small saw blades are on the same line;

▪ Test run: about 1 minute, check whether the machine operates normally, check the rotation direction of large and small saw blades, and ensure that the rotation direction of saw blades is correct;

▪ Put the prepared plate on the pusher and adjust the gear size;

▪ Start cutting.

matters needing attention

▪ The plate shall be close to the stopper and shall not be moved;

▪ Adjust the cutting speed according to the thickness and hardness of the plate, and advance the machine tool at a uniform speed, not too fast or too hard;

▪ When cutting small materials, wooden strips shall be used for pressing and pushing;

▪ Operators shall wear masks, loose clothes and long hair;

▪ It is not allowed to directly take things by hand near the rotating saw blade. If necessary, other long auxiliary materials can be used to push them away before taking them.

▪ If the edges and corners of the plate are defective, consider replacing the saw blade;

▪ After the cutting task is completed, remember to turn off the power supply and clean the sawing table and its surroundings.

▪ Dust the inside of the machine regularly according to the workload to ensure the normal heat dissipation of the motor

▪ Dust removal shall be carried out on the sliding table track regularly to ensure the smooth operation of the sliding table

▪ Check the belt regularly, and replace it in time in case of wear

▪ Regularly inject oil into the lubricating parts of the fuselage to ensure the stable and quiet operation of the equipment.
