2. Adjust the cutting speed according to the thickness and hardness of the plate, and push the machine tool at a constant speed, not too fast or too hard.

3. When cutting small materials, wooden strips shall be used for pressing and pushing.

4. Operators shall wear masks instead of gloves and loose clothes.

5. It is not allowed to directly take things from the rotating saw blade by hand. If necessary, other long auxiliary materials can be used to push them away before taking them.

6. If the edges and corners of the sheet are defective, consider replacing the saw blade.

7. After the cutting task is completed, turn off the power supply and clean the sawing table and its surroundings.

Equipment maintenance-

1. according to the workload, dust removal shall be carried out inside the machine regularly to ensure the normal heat dissipation of the motor.

2 . Regularly remove dust from the sliding platform track to ensure the smooth operation of the sliding platform.

3. check the belt regularly and replace it in time in case of wear.

4. regularly inject oil into the parts of the machine body that need lubrication to ensure the stable and quiet operation of the equipment.
